| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
To keep up with the growth of our business, SC. Nedaliment Prod. SRL is looking for a:
Production Manager
The candidate we are looking for, has knowledge or experience in the following;
- Excellent knowledge of Romanian and English in speech as well as writing;
- Work experience in meat or poultry production;
- Experience in material, resources and capacity planning;
- Excellent knowledge in legislation, rules and regulations concerning meat production, hygiene, etc.;
- Experience in reporting;
- Excellence knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Very good communication and planning & organizing skills;
- Excellent organisatorial skills;
Further the person is or has:
- Flexible and open minded;
- Initiative;
- Self starting;
- Able to communicate on different levels;
- Able to combine short term view with long term view;
- Well organized;
- A critical mind;
- Ability to set proper priorities;
- Ability to motivate people.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The candidate we are looking for has to:
- plan and work out human and material resources needed;
- monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
- coordination of work and leading the departments (packaging, production, shipment);
- daiily administration of presence and hours per employee;
- make the planning of available people with holidays and sickness in mind;
- make daily analyses and reporting of productivity and quality results and provide them to the General manager;
- Discuss with concerning departments about stocks, needed products, quality, hygiene, etc.;
- make sure production targets are met;
- supervise, inspire and motivate production personnel;
- carry out corrective actions based on the reports;
- advise and suggest improvements for better efficiency and quality;
- making production schedules;
- arrange internal supplys in order to fulfil the production planning;
- organise and lead meetings to arrange that schedules and targets will meet the requirements;
- doing checks on product, processes and employees and register them;
- monitoring the cleaning and disinfection results;
- suggest new products, production methods or recipes to the General manager;
- have periodical evaluations with personnel in span of control in association with HRM employee;
- attend interviews with new candidates for his or her span of control;
- realise efficient process and use of production facilities and labour.
