LOGISTICS PLANNER / TRANSPORT COORDINATOR

Due to growth and expansion of our company, we, NedAliment, located at Racari, jud. Dambovita are looking for a Full Time

Logistics Planner / Transport Coordinator.

This Position in our Company will be at first 3-5 months in the Netherlands, where you will be trained accordingly. After this period you will keep doing the job in our Romanian company, which is located at Racari, jud. Dambovita.

The candidate we are looking for, has knowledge or experience in the following;

- Good Romanian verbal and written communication skill;
- Good English and/or German verbal and written communication skills;
- Able to interact effectively with colleagues;
- Familiar with the use of standard office equipment, including computers;
- Very good communication and planning & organizing skills;
- Relevant experience would be a plus;
- Excellent logistics skills, including transport, storage, surveying, supervision, etc;
- Good planner, coordinator, capable to oversee things upfront and team player;
- Experience with CMR, Custom documents, Bill of Lading, Letter of Credit;
- Knowledge of Navision would be a plus;
- Extremely accurate in the maintenance of records.

- Engage and maintain contacts with transport- agents, forwarders, suppliers and customers;
- Negotiate with transport- agents, forwarders, suppliers and customers about prices;
- Keep the traders informed;
- Control and plan stock levels (excellent communication and corporation in the supply chain (origin, supply, stock, production, shipping, trade and customer is of the upmost importance);
- Responsible to keep the logistics cost updated;
- Prepare proper documentation and its regular supervision;
- Prepare and maintain daily operative instructions;

NedAliment is active in the foodbranche, specialized in the production of poultry meat. We produce ckicken and turkey meat at our factory, which we sell under the name of Olandezul Zburâtor. for and deliver to the main largest and smaller Hyper- and supermarkets.
