GENERAL MANAGER

We, NedAliment, located at Racari, are looking for a candidate for the position of General Manager that has the following skills and capacity’s.

- University graduate, MBA Plus;
- 5-10 years of experience with proven trackrecord of success managing teams of at least 25 people.
- Initiative and independence, proven ability to develop a business with limited supervision;
- Strong leadership qualities, including excellent communication skills, diplomacy and the ability to motivate people and to stimulate teamwork;
- Ability to think strategically but also capable to follow up through implementation;
- Attention to detail and ability to set priorities under pressure;
- Ability to interpret figures of sales, costs, forecast etc.;
- Familiar with the use of standard office equipment, including computers;
- Excellent knowledge of English, both verbally as well as in writing;
- Who lives in, or in the direct proximity of Bucharest and is willing to travel daily to our factory at Racari, jud. Dambovita.

In this full time function you are responsible for managing the entire business activity of the company, including but not limited to:

- Directing and coordinating the following groups: finance/accounting, production and sales;
- Carrying strategic business goals through implementation;
- Supervising production goals and standards are met, alongside with production manager;
- Ensuring quality standards are met, alongside with quality manager;
- Preparing, administrating and implementing the budget;
- Improving operational efficiency to maximize profitability;
- Providing financial/cost/sales/production and general business reporting to administrative board abroad on a regular and frequent base;
- Continue to build and motivate a team as business grows.

NedAliment is active in the foodbranche, specialized in the production of poultry meat, on the world market. We produce ckicken and turkey meat at our factory, which we sell under the name of Olandezul Zburâtor. for and deliver to the main largest and smaller Hyper- and supermarkets. We are located at Racari, jud. Dambovita.
