Consultant, EU Services

- Education to university degree level (Economic or Law Studies); postgraduated courses in European Law and Policies will be an asset;
- 2 years professional experience relating to pre-accession funds
- Excellent English command;
- Good written work skills;
- Ability to handle figure work and budget management;
- Ability to handle business plan and fesability studies
- Experience in translation would be an additional benefit;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent team working abilities are essential together with an innate diplomacy;
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Access, Excel, Power Point);
- Highly motivated and results oriented with the ability to plan ahead.

Desirable skills:
- knowledge of and/or experience in the Romanian Public Administration
- knowledge of EU policies and institutions particularly those pertaining to European structural funds and EU procurement procedures relating to the contracts
- clear driving licence

- Areas af activity: Phare, ISPA, Sapard and structural funds assistance to companies and institutions
- Prepare the necessary documentation within the call for proposal procedure
- Elaborate business plans and fesability studies requested by the implementation units according to the financing proposal and agreement
- Manage and administer the ongoing projects
- Find proper financing sources
- Other duties and ad hoc administrative support in implementing the aquired contracts, including advice and guidance on local issues
