Project Manager

Substantiated knowledge of Software Engineering.

You have a Master degree in Computer Sciences or a similar qualification.

You have several years experience in the field of Object-Oriented Software Development.

You have experience to work with design patterns and modern object-oriented approaches.

You are familiar with the usage of configuration management tools and UML modeling.

You have strong skills in efficient time and deadline management and ability to work in a team environment.

Knowledge of the objectives of the organization and the strategy of the business unit.

Good knowledge of the business area.

Good communication skills (English) are required (both verbal and written).

The Project Manager is responsible for the achievement of the agreed project objectives and therewith for the survey and coordination of the project management.

Project planning and control (Requirements Management, Software Development, Software Tests, QA, Documentation, Roll-Out) – Multi Project management.

Risk management.

Communicates the project status to the Manager R&D and Director R&D.

Supports and consults Sales and Product Management.

Promotes the team spirit.
