CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
• Fluent English;
• Understanding of relevant software, including MS Office;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving phone calls and putting them through;
- Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Daily communication with clients and partners;
- Coordination of meetings;
- Preparing documents as necessary for company’s activities;
- Provide organizational support with events and meetings, etc;
- Handle petty cash premium payments by direct clients;
- Manage delivery of policy documentation;
- Daily administration of the office;
