CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

• Agriculture/Horticulture engineer with strong technical background in vegetables
• 3 years experience in sales and marketing
• Fluent communication in English
• B category driving licence
• Customer focused ability to build partnership; Sales and analytical ability.
• Key Account Management skills
• Computer literate
• Excellent organisation skills, team spirit
• Ability to work independently and in team setting
• Effective and open communication


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Maximise profitable sales of defined crops to professional partners
• Organise sales according to product positioning and local targeted segmentation
• Establish network with customers in order to build customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide technical advice to the customers and distributors, take care of proper after sales service
• Implement the agreed marketing and promotion plans, execute agreed actions, organising open days, organise presentations and other promotional events together with local distributor or if needed by her/himself (exhibitions, trips etc.)with the help of the Product Managers
• Take care for adequate complaint handling according to the ISO policy
• Preparing deep analyses and market segmentation continuous market monitoring, communicate market demands and change to the Management and other departments
• Continuous and efficient co-operation and communication with other departments (marketing, logistics etc)
• Follow up and reports about the payment and credit limit of the distributors and help to collect the outstanding
• Contribute to the Crop Unit Teams in order to maximise the efficiency (forecasting, ordering) and effectiveness (trialling, product positioning, market penetration)
• Advise the Product Business Manager and Market Manager on market price
• Prepare together with Product Managers and Distributors the Trial Plan, find the right place for the trials, follow up them together with the Trial officers and Product Managers and make sure to receive relevant information from those trials
