National Sales Manager for Romania - IT field

University degree (Sales and Marketing)
Fluently English and Romanian
5-10 years of experience in the IT distribution
Ability to empower, lead and develop
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Proven leadership and ability to meet assigned targets
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Our client is a multi-national company leading in the IT peripherals field. For the location in
Romania, we are looking for:

National Sales Manager Romania

In this challenging position, you make a strong business development for world’s leading brand
with wide range of high quality products. You are not only responsible for such execution but
actively involved in business strategy planning, including local marketing, channel development,
pricing and sales promotions.
You lead the sales team by making regular visits to the distributors and other partners including
key accounts all over the country, and organize the meetings (dealer conference, sales training,
road show, etc.) You offer sales & marketing support for distributors and dealers/retailers and
provide them with value proposition and argumentation concerning competitive advantage and business opportunities. Beside PR (news letter, media contact, etc.), you execute the
communication to the partners on all the local marketing campaigns and enforce the market
development.
Furthermore, you care for feedback from the market on sales strategy and forecast with
weekly/monthly updates, reporting to the General Manager.
