MAINFRAME ADMINISTRATORS (BM Czech Republic)

o Univerity graduation
o Strong IT skill, preferrable on IBM Mainframe & IBM Server software
o English language knowledge on a communication level
o At least 4 years experience in production environment

Enable and disable services according to operating instructions
Execute service request on customer demands
Prevent abnormal situations and outages by timely controll and intervention
Check Batch-applications according to job documentations and schedule


To ensure system stability according to the service contracts with our customers

you are responsible for

System Monitoring & Control on various platforms
Batch Application Control
Run Application Backup & Recovery
Monitor & Run Batch Schedule
System & Batch Application Problem Qualification
Check Production Planning proactive
Perform System & Batch Changes
Ensure that working instructions for system & application operation areas are up to date

You work within an team which signs responsible for stability of the system services around the clock. Within this organisation you are a important part to achieve the given targets. The team is organanized to be able to support the whole system environment for specific customer services.
