Programator PHP\\MySQL

At least 2 years of working experience in web application development;
Very good experience with PHPmySQL;
Good understanding of XML, XTHMLCSS;

Ability to become operational rapidly with Flash ActionScript or ;
Ability to become operational rapidly with content-management systems (e.g. Typo 3, Mambo);

In general, the ability to assimilate new technologies and the ability to work on applications blending a mixture of technologies;
Good understanding of client-server architectures.

Good written English;
More than 12 months on your last job;

The main requirements for this position are centered on the development of applications using PHP MySQL as a core technology. However, the applications we develop are more complex than typical websites and also tend to make use of a wide range of technologies. Flash is used extensively, included as data-driven modules. Content-management is a critical component so experience with content management systems is a plus.

The ability of becoming operational with new technologies is critical. Also, all code is accompanied of thorough documentation. By consequent, the ability of both generating and understanding code documentation is critical.

This is not a rush-hour position. We value a reliable person, who at the same time takes on a proactive attitude with respect to understanding first the aim of the project, and then the technical details. We require professionalism and we offer respect. We focus on avoiding tight deadlines and last-minute code writing; and we like to have a balanced, standard time schedule.

- The financial motivation is important both to us and our employees – hence we do not expect to find a professional developer without adequate compensation. Net compensation should start from 800 Euros depending on experience and skills.

- We are implementing a stock-options program.

- Our work standards focus on reliability and doing a good job. We do not expect our developers to spend more hours at the office than necessary. Overtime is to be expected, but it does not exceed ~10-12 hours per month (paid at a higher rate than the typical salary).
