| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The candidate should comply with ALL the criteria below:
1. Proficiency in English, written as well as spoken.
2. Accounting Skills.
3. Internet and PC skills – the candidate must have used Internet extensively over the past few years. Test will include general familiarity with the webspace beyond well-known websites. Familiarity with online solutions for business (e.g. Virtual Office, contact networks etc) is a plus.
4. Have personal organizational skills – the CV of the candidate should describe situations where such skills have been displayed.
5. French language skills are a plus, though not absolutely necessary.
6. Experience with Microsoft Office well beyond the casual use (especially for Excel).*

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main responsibilities:

1. Organize the CEO’s agenda
2. Mediate communication with staff in Romania
3. Handle basic accounting tasks
4. Synchronize with accounting services from abroad
5. Aggregate data provided to the CEO and draft summaries or overview charts
6. Organize recruiting and training programs based on CEO’s directions and input from expert employees
7. May be involved in some PR activities
8. Will be involved in the organization of certain events
9. Will be involved in occasional communication and marketing tasks.
