CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Newly graduate of accounting, economics or law or a young person with small working experience, must be presentable, polite able to speak English and be able to communicate with emails.
At the beginning this placement will be a part time job(200euro) but the right person can help us to expand our activities in Romania and change his/her status to a full time employee.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
To follow the collection of the rents and to communicate with the clients regarding payments
To help preparing statement of rents and to make all the necessary to pay taxes
To help finding investment opportunities in Romania either in buildings or land
To help in the collection of money due from our Romanian customers
To obtain new customers for the setting up and administrating for them companies registered outside Romania.
This person must be willing to travel to Cyprus and stay for up to two weeks if necessary.
