CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* University Graduated ( in economics preferably)
* Licensee as Human Resources Inspector
* Proven working experience as HR Manager for at least 3 years
* Working experience in multinational environment would be appreciated
* Fluent in English
* Excellent communication skills |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main Responsibilities:
1. Is responsible for formulating all HR strategies in order to achieve the HR objectives
2. Formulates and directs human resource management projects. Follows their correct and timely implementation in correspondence with company’s needs.
3. Advises department managers for the implementation of company policy regarding employment, remuneration, appraisals and work relationships.
4. Determines and approves internal instructions of personnel policy.
5. Formulates programs for development of the salaries, remuneration and benefits schemes related to different categories of employees.
6. Sets-up the company compensation and benefits plan and supervises its implementation.
7. Is responsible for strategic personnel planning.
8. Ensures that personnel policy, structure of employees’ positions and efficiency of employees are in correspondence with requirements of the Company’s business strategy.
9. Design and follows up the implementation of the training in order to ensure a proper human resources development within the organization.
10. Ensure the supervision of the payroll calculation and the compliance with all legal requirements on this matter.
11. Ensure a proper administration of personnel with the compliance of all legal requirements.
12. Ensures that all reports to the legal authorities related to employees and payroll are done correctly and registered within the specific deadlines.
13. Ensure the compliance of the company’s HR Policy with the requirements related to the labor medicine.
14. Monitors continuously the relationships and attitudes of employees towards the company
15. Ensures human resources development of the organization. Ensure the preparation of the regular reports on the state of HR.
Knows and observes the legal stipulations related to the HR activity.
