Technical Account Manager

RevEurope, a portfolio company of the MPOWER Group, seeks an Account Manger with the following skills/background:

 3-5 years of experience providing excellent customer service
 At least 1 year providing computer help dek support
 Analytical and problem solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks
 Great oral and written communications skills are needed; bilingual in English and Romanian is required
 Self starter, excellent interpersonal skills, high sense of urgency
 Ability to self-manage and self-motivate

 Provide application / technical support with a great deal of troubleshooting networking issues, peripherals and applications.
 Duties include: acting as primary liaison between partners and level 2 and 3 support staff; communicating with clients regarding account questions and transactions; researching and resolving problems identified by partners.
 Conduct client training on products, services, company policies, procedures and regulations.
 Will provide technical support on web applications and training
 In-charge of all partner account management needs (create accounts, reset passwords, etc.)

* This will be home-based telecommuting position working 5 days per week and providing on-call support as required. We will provide all necessary equipment. Candidates must be authorized to work in Romania.
