Senior IC Design Engineer

We are seeking a senior digital IC designer with 4+ years of experience in the design of complex System-on-Chip ICs.

The work will involve all aspects of the design flow for digital ICs including architectural modelling, specification, RTL coding, verification, synthesis, timing analysis, design for test, and power optimisation. The successful candidate will also be expected to manage a team of more junior designers to deliver on project goals.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years experience specifying and designing complex digital functions for System-on-Chip ICs;
- Familiarity with any of the Verilog, VHDL, SystemC HDLs and CAD tools from leading vendors such as Synopsys, Cadence and Mentor Graphics;
- Experience developing and running comprehensive verification tests;
- A strong background in best industry practice for IC design;
- An honours degree qualification in electronic engineering or related discipline;
- The ability to work well in a team;
- Experience managing team members;
- Background with Processor-based SoC architectures and low power design techniques;

The work will be through the English language and an ability to read and write technical English is required.
