Design Centre Manager

8+ years experience leading mixed hardware/software team in integrated circuit design or silicon IP business. Proven track record in building teams from initial start-up phase through to established business is required.

Excellent English language skills in an international environment are an absolute requirement. This position will involve frequent travel and involvement in all aspects of the business from set-up to supporting the sales process from a technical standpoint.

Willingness and aptitude to work through English language required.
