FP&A Analyst

• Degree in economics; previous planning experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in finance
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge in working with spreadsheets and PowerPoint
• Good English command
• Self starter; attention to details; good interpersonal and communication skills

Planning:

• Interacts with various departments in order to understand key business processes
• Forecasts the business expenses
• Develops and maintains planning templates and financial reports

Tracking and Analysis:

• Monthly tracking and analysis of the budgeted expenses
• Prepares monthly reviews
• Provide analytical support and business planning assistance to business and country leaders
• Participate in other related special projects as needed (new product introduction, investment plans)
• Proactively identify opportunities and drive associated initiatives to ensure achievement of Operating Plan
