Responsabilities:
• Analyze and document existing and future business processes
• Propose improvements to streamline business processes
• Perform business impact analysis to drive system improvements and enhancements
• Creates detailed business requirements specifications
• Ensure proper communication of the requirements with involved teams
• Tests the new functionalities / applications
• Other activities required supporting all departments of Motoractive

Required skills:
• Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and solid understanding of business, processes and systems
• Good planning and organizing skills; the ability to cope with rapidly changing information and priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to detect what people might be hesitant to say; ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
• Excellent documentation skills; advanced PC skills
• Quick learner
• Creativity
• Self managed and motivated, proactive approach

Required Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, related engineering or economic sciences
• 3+ year of experience as Business Analyst with relevant experience in the financial sector
• Significant experience in requirements gathering and functional design
• Fluent English and Romanian
