CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
•University degree in Accounting, Economics or comparable background
•SAP knowledge is a plus
•Accounting background and understanding of accounting principles is a plus
•At least 1 year working experience in economic area
•Good command of English both written and spoken
•Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
•Well-organised, able to prioritise and multi-task
•Excellent personal and inter-personal skills
•A positive “can-do” attitude, who can encourage others to give their best
•Team player

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
•Collecting AP invoices
•Checks invoices/ER’s approvals to be according with Monsanto policy
•Checks if the invoice/ER has been processed in SAP before creating the payment
•Creates the payment order into the multicash system
•Insures that approvals are according to the bank signatures specimen
•Delivers the payment file to the bank
•Checks if the payments have been executed and if so, files the invoices/ER’s
•Keeps and updates the payments database with all new created payments
