ACCOUNTANT

•University degree in Accounting, Economics or comparable background
•Solid knowledge in accounting, legislation and taxation
•SAP knowledge is a plus
•USGAAP knowledge is a plus
•Accounting background and understanding of accounting principles
•At least 3 years working experience in an international environment
•Very good command of English both written ans spoken
•Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
•Well-organised, able to prioritise and multi-task

•Undertaking daily accounting activity USGAAP and local GAAP
•Daily allocation in SAP of the transactions such as bank statements, invoices, expense reports
•Account control and reconciliation for inter-company and domestic suppliers and customers
•Coordination with logistics and project procurement team to ensure proper AP process
•Monthly reconciliation performed for all accounts, USGAAP vs local system
•Monthly reconciliation of the sales and purchases journal USGAAP vs local system
•Fixed assets accounting
•Assisting in SAP implementation process for local purposes
•Get involved in production accounting, follow up of stocks
•Support his/her supervisor to coordinate the audits with external auditors
•Support his/her supervisor to coordinate tax audits
•Assisting Chief Accountant in monthly reconciliation of the USGAAP trial balance versus local GAAP
•Support his/her supervisor to prepare corporate and other tax declarations
•Ensuring the problems are solved by communicating with the relevant departments
