RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Primary Duties:
Administration (in coordination with worldwide Stabilus standards)
- Effective procedures and systems
- Harmonization of company structure, work instructions, and manuals
- Adherence to all legal regulations
Personnel
- Personnel planning (within the framework of approved planning)
- Selection and hiring of suitable employees, incl. Interviews
- Planning of instruction, continuous education, and training measures for all STEE employees
- Informing employees sufficiently and in a timely manner
- Definition of salary and wage levels (annual review)
- Administration of personnel data, payment runs, time system and vacation situation
- Planning, execution and documentation of advanced training
- Employee support in HR related matters
- in case of union involvement: discussion and agreement of union contract (in close relation with CEO / MD)
- in case of non-union shop: keep close contact to employees in order to have a good company "climate"
- Administration of personnel data, payment runs, time system and vacation situation
- Disciplinary measurements against employees, incl. possible legal actions
- Planning, execution and documentation of advanced training
- Planning and monitoring of personnel deployment, ensuring task performance
- Implementation and administration of job descriptions
- Introduction and instruction of subordinated personnel regarding the tasks to be performed
- Agreement with employee on individual targets and control of achievement of these targets
- Performing employee evaluations and hold employee meetings
Documentation / Reporting (within the framework of agreements with STAB)
- Benchmarking of overtime and illness paid-unpaid, comparison in the Stabilus Group
- STEE-internal reporting, e.g., headcount, attendance hours, overtime
- various statistics
Secondary Duties:
- Adherence to the passive control system
- Attend continuous education and professional training events and communicate the acquired knowledge to coworkers
- Compliance with responsibilities, accountabilities, and control of environmental protection measures as set forth in the Environmental Management Manual
- Follow existing procedural/work instructions and manuals (e.g., Quality Management Manual) in daily activities
- Perform disciplinary duties
- Assist STEE Management in any HR related matters
- Administration and updating of EDP-system for personnel division
