| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University Degree with relevant specialization 3+ years Managerial experience 2+ years in a middle management position
Experience in coordinating teams which are developing software or electronics components English advanced
Project Management Skills basic Technical expertise advanced
Initiative, Decision making, Results Orientation, Organizing And Quality Orientation Communication Skills, Coaching and Mentoring, Motivation and Inspiration, Customer Focus

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Communication: Developlbuild relationships within the company, ensure communication within the group and with externals
Resources allocation: allocates the needed material and human resources for groups' projects in order to ensure the required resources are available in time and in adequate quality
Risk management: Identifies the risks and find alternative solutions in order to find solutions to avoid or to minimize risk effects
Quality assurance: Periodically reviews the status of the project portfolio and of the ongoing procedures, in order to meet the quality, deadline and technical requirements
Budget: Supports the Head of Department in the budget forecast activity, monitor the costs, makes saving jf possible
People development: Manage, motivate and develop staff in line with the company policies and practices in order to maximize their contribution to reaching short and long term targets.Coaching and mentoring of group members
Reporting: Reports to the department manager about projects, resources, people matters, and possible business risks as to ensure an optimal managerial information
Confidentiality: Insure integrity and security of data and information linked to professional work, in line with company policies and practices
