Aim of the Position:

Co-ordination methodically and conceptually in area of procurement and its sub-processes
(tendering, contracting, supplier evaluation and claim procedure) in order to achieve the best
commercial and technical conditions for delivered materials and services;
Prepare short and long term strategy based on analysis of procurement process.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation short and long term strategy based on analysis of procurement process
• To lead and co-ordinate the tendering procedure as a head of evaluation committee
• To lead negotiations of commercial conditions and to participate at technical negotiations
• To prepare the contract drafts, in particular commercial conditions collecting and considering the comments from other related units
• To check the fulfilment of contractual conditions in contract and to lead and co-ordinate claim procedure if needed
• In case, if e-business is useful, to be the Project manager for e-tenders (e-auction or e-RFQ)
• To monitor the market trend and prepare analyses from the commercial and technical point of view
• To work out the risk and market analysis in order to reduce a probability of risk event and to increase the efficiency of procurement sub-processes
• Being responsible for: General material and services procurement
