CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Experience
* OOP experience (3+ years)
* Visual C++ (1+ years)
* Good knowledge of Design Patterns and Refactoring techniques
* English language
Optional (will provide an advantage)
* MFC, STL and boost are a plus
* Interest in Agile Programming Practices (XP)
Personality
