CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Senior developer experience
* OOP experience (3+ years)
* Visual C++ (1+ years)
* Good knowledge of Design Patterns and Refactoring techniques
* English language

Junior developer experience
* OOP basics
* Visual C++ basics
* English language


Optional (will provide an advantage)
* STL and OpenGL knowledge (1+ years)
* Interest in Agile Programming Practices (XP)


Personality
* Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
* Good analytical & conceptual skills
