Receptionist

- University degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone or related office reception work
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken
- Professional demeanor in appearance and speech
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong desire for quality work.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors in a professional manner
- Perform visitor welcomes/escorts
- Answer the main telephone line, route calls, create and maintain office personnel and phone lists, administer the conference room/office scheduling database
- Support various other functions such as general administrative/clerical work
- Support occasional meetings, training seminars and/or company functions.
