RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Mmd Central & Eastern Europe is currently recruiting an office manager for its Bucharest based fast growing Romanian operation. The right person will be able to single-handedly run all administrative functions of the company in close cooperation with the head office in Budapest. The job contains all aspects of office management:
w Responsibility for financial coordination
o Financial monitoring & reporting - petty cash / client disbursements
o Managing invoicing process - local & regional / fee & disbursements
o Managing employee payroll
o Pro-active identification of issues & recommendations to management
o Pro-active analysis of operating costs/suppliers to maximise efficiency
w Team coordination
o Coordination of supplier relationships
o Maintenance of client and contacts database
o Coordination of team / resources i.e.
w Maintenance of key client activity calendar
w Maintenance of internal / external meeting calendar
w Administration & analysis of time sheets
w Organisation / support for internal training or team-building
