CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Relevant experience in the insurance activity, the fiscal and legal aspects of the financial business.
- Acts with integrity and professionalism.
- Speaks and writes fluently in local and English language
- Has a strong understanding of Management Information Systems to consolidate and coordinate financial information
- Is comfortable with IT systems and applications.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- To ensure compliance with International and local Accounting Standards and to make sure that preparations for statutory and supervisory audits are done.
- To comply with all financial functions related to controlling, accounting, and treasury.
- To provide the reporting activity according to CSA requirements.
- To ensure the financial analysis of the direct and indirect costs, making the good decision for the financial indicators.
- Budgeting –forecast and achievements.
- To establish and maintain long-term relationships with (fiscal) authorities and assure local fiscal and accounting compliance.
- To approve the agreements in the area of tax and accounting.
