Business Analyst - investment banking

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting
- Excellent understanding of capital market products
- Experience working with complex financial instruments
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
- It is essential to be analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated and well organized
- Ability to plan and manage own work balancing multiple projects requiring coordination across a number of teams.

Responsibilities:
Use your knowledge of derivative financial instruments, Fixed income, FX, and/or Commercial Lending products to create test plans for front, middle, and back office applications. Testing is done from a user perspective, for functionality, correctness, and ease of use. Specific tasks will include:

- Plan, schedule and implement testing projects
- Define test objectives to ensure project meets specifications and user requirements
- Review business requirements and provide feedback to developers on completeness and correctness of requirements
- Develop test cases to ensure business functionality is correct
- Plan and help with implementation of automated testing
- Research and develop an understanding of the market requirements for the product, including how the product is actually used in the market place
- Present test plans to both business center and development managers.
- Update documentation and department procedures
