| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Economics University degree;
- At least 3 years experience in payroll and individual taxation;
- Extensive knowledge of Romanian Labor Code;
- Communication and organisation skills plus flexibility and adaptability to changes
- Stress-resistance and high working-capacity
- Organized, dynamic and details oriented
- Capability to understand and fit into well-defined business processes and company values
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-developing environment
- Proficiency in English;
- Proficiency in MS Office

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Keep the HR documents, employee dossiers and reports, update the HR databases and other related records
- Process and analyze personnel reports and statistics;
- Calculates monthly salaries, sick-leaves in accordance with the labour law
- Keeps him/herself constanly informed and updated with the labour legislation
- Keep liaison with related public authorities and makes the monthly declarations
- Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as required by daily HR operations: issue different official documents
-Being responsible with payroll activities;
-Calculating salaries, vacations and other monthly benefits;
-Drawing up the payment statement and salary declarations;
-Preparing specific reports for the management;
-Introducing employee related data into the information system;
-Elaborating and submitting fiscal declarations.
