RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The ideal candidate must have multiple years of web design experience in large and scalable systems and at least three years experience leading a team of developers.
We pride ourselves on providing an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork in an environment that is second to none.
Responsibilities:
-Lead the Web Application Development team including schedule and resource allocation
-Strong leadership background and the ability to set objectives and rally the team
-Work with account managers, company management and clients to gather business requirements
-Lead the architecting of applications including the creation of functional and software design specifications
-Evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and open source projects
-Participate in the evaluation and hiring of members of the Web Development team
-A track record of managing teams and developing talent is expected. Driving accountability through the communication of clear objectives and disciplined project management is required.
