- Relevant experience in active selling
- Knowledges of plastic injection moulding is a plus
- Fluent in English is a must, German is a plus
- Good computer skills in Windows and MS-Office
- Driving license, cat. B
- Willing to travel within Romania
- Excellent comunication and organizational skills; professional atittude
- Customer-focused, problem-solving, dedicated and result-oriented working

the challenge
- Manage sales region successfully to ensure consistent growth in orders and revenues and reports to the Head of PSG Austria
- Promoting company’s products, solutions and services to the customers through regularly visiting, as well as finding new business opportunities
- Approaching and acquisition of new customers
- Building and maintaining a successful relationship with all customers
- Providing technical and commercial support to customers
- Make, follow-up and analyse commercial offers, negociate and finalize sales contracts
- Organising and assisting trade shows at home and abroad as well as customer trainings
- Issuing market analysis about the market, customers and competition and reporting them on regular basis
