Regional Sales Manager Romania&Hungary

• minimum 5 years solid background with success record in consumer electronic or/and IT industry
• minimum 3 years experience in sales management position in retail channel
• experience in international environment will be an extra asset

Ability to:

• communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in writing
• speak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented verbally
• speak before a group of people (presentations)
• establish objectives and specify the strategies and actions to achieve these objectives
• monitor or track information or data

• travel
• handle a stress

Skills:

• communicate fluently in English, Romanian and Hungarian
• speaking any of following languages will be an extra asset: Polish, Czech, Slovak, Russian, Croatian
• use computer office software and mobile technology

• Managing sales through retail chains and key accounts according to defined strategic aims
• Perfect relationship with decision makers in retail chains and other key accounts – building and maintenance
• Sales strategy planning in defined market segment
• Sales projects planning and executing
• Sales budgeting
• Coordination of sales activities with EEU office
• Sales activities’ efficiency monitoring and reporting
• Retail team building and management (in the future)
