| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Qualifications:
University graduate or above, majoring in marketing, business or communications related field. 5+ years branding and marketing channel experience in consumer electronic industry
Job Skills: Very good written/verbal communications skills and analytical abilities. Experience with PC office applications – MSWord, MSExcel, Powerpoint, and others. Strong time management skills and organizational abilities. Must have an ability to stay focused and detail oriented. Highly motivated, aggressive, self-starter able to quickly implement plans in an extremely fast-paced environment
• communicate fluently in English, Romanian and Hungarian
• speaking any of following languages will be an extra asset: Polish, Czech, Slovak, Russian, Croatian
• use computer office software and mobile technology
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Overview:
He/She is responsible for expanding the Mio brand and measuring consumer awareness of the Mio brand. He/She will create, develop and execute marketing and promotion programs that will significantly increase brand awareness and the sell-through for Mio .
He/She is responsible for leading all Mio retail channel marketing programs and efforts. This includes the creation and execution of channel programs and managing channel efforts for the Mio products.
He/She will work and coordinate closely with Mio Sales to create, develop and execute retailer-marketing programs. Additionally he/she will coordinate with the Product Marketing Team on the development and execution of packaging and product collateral.
Maintains and works within Mio marketing budget.
Responsibilities:
1. Channel marketing – create and execute channel marketing programs.
2. Create and execute channel marketing promotions that will significantly increase sell-through of Mio products at retail
3. Develop, coordinate and execute the brand development plan. Plan and execute advertising, sales promotion and public relations projects for the channel
4. Product Marketing Support – works closely with Product Marketing Team on the execution of marketing materials to support Mio products - includes product packaging, product collateral, etc.
5. Build the foundation for a sales driven channel marketing organization that links the with the sales organization
6. Manage all third party vendors such as PR agency, media buying house, creative agency, store detailing and merchandizing services, promotion fulfillment services, etc.
7. Conduct marketing program results analysis and make recommendations on how to improve channel programs and processes
8. Budget planning, budget tracking and department budget analysis
9. Facilitate collection of partner program agreements and tracking of partner program participation
10. Participate in the development of new products for the channel as needed
11. Keep current with the familiarity of competitor's products in the channel
12. Create, develop & build the channel marketing activities thru advertisement/promotions in various media from printing, commercial, etc.
13. Able to focus in-store marketing campaigns from display, demo, etc.
