other training or certifications are an advantage | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Role:F. and P. Manager coordinate the forecasting process and ensure accurate demand driven inventory levels (safety stock) that improve sales service, minimize OOS and overstock.
Key Responsabilities:
-Coordinate the cross departmental team within forecasting process and build continuosly professional relationship with marketing and sales dept.
-Setting safety stock at country level and propose the allocation of stock according with sales by channel.
-Deliver daily, mmonthly and quarterly stock reports to all concerned departments.
-Monitor and analyze out of stock and overstock situations by reason and deliver it to any concerned department proposing the action plan together with sales, SCM Terminals and marketing.
-Produce and distribute Inventory KPIs kit (eg: forecast accuracy, weekly/monthly inventory report, etc) and distribute them to all concerned departments (sales, SCM Terminals, marketing)
-Prepare short and long term purchasing planning and ensure validation with SCM Terminals.
-Prepare accurate, timely and periodically analysis and reports in order to support the decision making activity.
-Establish KPIs for department and propose cross dept. KPIs.
-Develop and improve a very good relation with internal customers and continuosly be concerned about customer satisfaction.
