| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We require:
2-3 year's experience in related position
Very good PC skills (Excel pivot tables, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Internet)
Very good analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to effectively implement and monitor complex plans and schedules; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround; build effective working relationships inside and outside department; maintain confidentiality of information
Strong interpersonal, time management, written and verbal skills required
Advanced English (Medium English is minimum)
Would be a plus:
Knowledge of Microsoft business model and licensing programs
Project management experience or PM framework knowledge
Microsoft Access experience and/or other relational database architecture knowledge
Any CRM application usage experience
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
We are currently having a job opening as Business Operations Manager, role that adds value to Microsoft by developing key insights and enabling critical decision-making that helps the fields business performance.
Key responsibilities for this position are:
Ensuring forecasting and reporting accuracy
Setting reporting processes, developing periodically reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and ad-hoc reports
Performing business analytics, such as scorecard data, deriving actionable insight data required for growth planning
Participate in Rhythm of Business (ROB) calls, Monthly Business Update (MBU); monitor forecasts, unit growth and market penetration
Managing the overall annual segmentation process and strategy development
Engage with business to define data capture standards at engagement points
Developing business insight and identifying opportunities for improvement
Managing the action list from directs meetings and business reviews
Tracking departments marketing expenses
Executing any new process, tools, and systems initiatives in the subsidiary
Helping people within the department if needed on operational topics
