| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Attributes and Competencies:
• 5+ years of related experience in sales and marketing, ideally gained in channel sales and account management sales roles within a SW Publisher or PC Manufacturer, and including 2 – 3 years experience in supervisory and sales team management capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability with requisite interpersonal skills to partner, collaborate and align relationships within the OEM account, Microsoft OEM sales/marketing teams, and MS product/marketing groups.
• Strategically focused – understands the business, anticipates and develops business opportunities and priorities for future action – whilst able to focus on achieving concrete results driving individualized marketing programs with the OEM account which contributes to Microsoft’s business success and incremental revenue growth.
• Understands how, and willing to do whatever needs doing in order, to get things done, demonstrates organization agility to overcome obstacles, and achieve objectives within and across groups—comfortably operates at a senior management level.
• Creatively develops original ideas, approaches and solutions to typical, unusual or difficult situations or problems.
• Customer focused, is responsive, and takes action to meet customer needs while maintaining a positive, professional image of Microsoft.
• Passion for technology, and MS products/strategies.
Skills/Abilities:
• Required: Business related degree and/or professional qualification plus 5 + years industry related sales and marketing experience required.
• Sales and marketing skills and knowledge required.
• Proven relationship-building skills with partners’ and/ or internal MS groups (virtual teaming).
• High-level written and oral communication skills required.
• Industry and segment knowledge required.
• Knowledge of MS products, strategy, and channels and experience as well as competitor Office Productivity, Server, Storage products, strategies, and channels and experience.
Functional and Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of OEMs’ business and channels
• Proven experience in influencing the strategy and actions of others internal/external/ virtual teams
• Sales and marketing skills and knowledge

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Objective:
We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to be in charge with driving the OEM preinstall business with Multinational Accounts (Covered) OEM partners in Romania. The role holder will be responsible for engaging with Covered OEM customer contacts, building account and joint marketing plans with them, while working closely with Central and Eastern Europe Region (CEE) area. The success of the role holder will be measured by revenue Key Performance Indicators.
Responsibilities:
• Establish, manage and grow our OEM Partner relationships with key sales and marketing executives within the key multinational OEM accounts (MNAs), and their sales channels, with the goal of stimulating PC and Server market growth.
• Understand and communicate OEM Sales Business and Marketing objectives to assigned MNAs – and understand and recognize each MNA’s key Business, Market, Product and Marketing objectives.
• Create OEM account business and marketing plans supporting and exceeding achievement of Microsoft OEM sales objectives for assigned MNAs – and own execution, as well as track and report OEM account business and marketing results/investments against plan.
• Communicate to the MNAs and their respective sales channels the value of Microsoft’s strategic OEM products to their business as well as end-user Consumer/Commercial customers. – and work with internal MS product and marketing groups to deliver business and sales tools that help the OEM account and sales channel more effectively market, promote and sell their PCs/Servers with MS OEM products.
• Engage with the MNAs in support of the introduction of new Microsoft OEM products/product releases, ensuring OEM account and sales channel readiness, participation in Microsoft launch activities and secure their support in executing end user demand generation and channel motivation activities promoting their PCs/Servers pre-loaded with newest Microsoft OEM products/releases.
• Evangelize and provide direction to the MNAs, in order that they can effectively implement and execute Microsoft OEM Corporate sales and marketing initiatives and programs.
• Collect and communicate competitive information and size the potential competitive threat and presence in assigned account/s.
• Manage all local MNA sales and marketing details including contractual, execution, finance and compliance issues. This includes: negotiating and administering complex sales and marketing plans, ensuring compliance with plans, compliance with Romanian/European Union/Consent Decree regulations, investment forecasting, protecting Microsoft competitive and material assets, and regular reporting regarding business and marketing activity, and business plan execution status.
