| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Strong Sales and Marketing background with a profound knowledge and Industry experience in the mobility/telco space,
• Knowledge of the Handset Manufacturer world and licensing of software is preferred,
• Experience in shaping and deploying complex solutions and services,
• Understanding of the Mobility Ecosystem (Mobile Operator, Manufacturer, Network provider and ISV),
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and demonstrate the advantages of Microsoft mobility technologies to senior business and technical decision makers,
• Excellent cross group collaboration skills and work in a team environment,
• A University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Technologies or Business Administration is preferred.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Purpose:
• Providing a unique value proposition in the mobile space with Windows Mobile devices and attached mobility solutions through mobile operators and distribution partners;
• Work closely with Mobile Operators and Device Manufacturers to develop the sales of Windows Mobile devices in all distribution channels and ensure significant market share growth in both Consumer and Business;
• Responsible for building and maintaining strong trusted relationships with both Marketing, Sales and Technical departments of the Mobile Operators in the region.
Responsibilities
• Achieve sell-through unit targets of Windows Mobile units and Expand the Mobile Operator portfolio of Windows Mobile devices in both consumer and business segments,
• Win against Windows Mobile platform threats and accelerate platform adoption (esp. competitive intelligence within Microsoft CS and regular Windows Mobile roadmap updates to Mobile Operators Management, ensuring our product has best visibility from the operational to the CXO level of the targeted Mobile Operators),
• Integrate with the CS account team in the account planning process alongside the Mobility Team Unit, provide visibility into operator engagements, to ensure end-to-end scenarios include Windows Mobile at their core,
• Achieve relationship management excellence and customer satisfaction targets (CXO level engagement, Customer feedback loop into the product group, Exec Mapping, Executive Briefings etc.).
