CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Experience, skills and qualifications:
• 3–5 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science
• Very good presentation skills
• Customer focus
• Project and/or opportunity management expertise
• Experience making presentations to IT executives
• Ability to solve complex problems and present the problems and their resolution in a clear and concise fashion
• Experience in enterprise technology sales quota responsibility and account development, planning and profiling strategies
• Good kmowledge of logical, functional and technical arhitecture
• Proven experience in infrastructure architecture
• Strong English skills


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Responsibilities:

• Complete IT Profiles that Contribute to Account Planning and Account Growth Strategies: Tasks include developing of IT profiles that include the IT maturity levels of customer accounts, key customer contacts, infrastructure details and IT-level business drivers. Other information included in the profiles is the power map of the account and the competitors and Partners involved in the account. Another key task is to complete Deployment and Security gap analyses of each customer account and map these gaps to Microsoft strategic initiatives. Success is measured by the accuracy, completeness and relevancy of the information.

• Valid, Healthy PG1 Pipeline: Tasks include monitoring the pipeline and its health through team reviews, inputting into the appropriate tools and identifying stalled or disengaged opportunities. Success is measured by the pipeline’s weighted gap, quota this is met or exceeded, Partner attach rates to opportunities, and the accuracy of information shared with team members and input into tools.

• Effective Prospecting and Qualifying within Top IO and New Opportunities: Tasks include qualifying prospects into opportunities, identifying a sponsor and the sponsor’s pain and handing off opportunities as appropriate. Success is measured by the ATS’s ability to negotiate access to power and obtaining agreement from the customer on the sponsor letter.

• Agreed-Upon Solution through Proof of its Value to Customers: Tasks include determining the appropriate solution to address the customer’s pain or opportunity, sourcing opportunities to the appropriate Partners, delivering (presentations, Solution Briefings) or facilitating sales engagements (ADS, POC) and communicating back to customers and internal resources after all engagements. Success is measured by engagements and solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations, and customer agreement or commitment to deploy.

• Trusted Technical Advisor Relationship with Customers Resulting in Continuity throughout the Sales Cycle Stages: Tasks include maintaining and developing relationships within accounts, including relationships with IT team members within the Lines of Business. The ATS also makes qualified Partner recommendations where and when appropriate to customers. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, new opportunities identified and the feedback and information that the ATS passes on to internal team members.

• Engaged and Ready Infrastructure Partners: Tasks include working with PAMs to identify and qualify infrastructure Partners who can deliver high-quality, high-value for Microsoft customers, developing an opportunity passing strategy for Partners, assessing their performance and providing feedback, and providing or facilitating the provision of readiness activities for Partners. Success is measured by Partner satisfaction, customer satisfaction with Partners, and the reinforcement of the Microsoft Partner value message.

• Informed Customers on Security Risks and the Value of a Microsoft-Centric Platform: Tasks include providing formal and informal security awareness engagements for customers, and conducting Security Briefings. Success is measured by customer awareness and commitment to the Microsoft stack.
