- Higher education in management or economics
- 9 years relevant experience in the Food & Beverage Retailing business
- Proven experience as Regional/National Sales or Key Account Manager
- Exposure to the food purchasing departments is a plus
- Ability to take initiative and self-starter
- Strong business developer
- Fluent in Romanian and English, German is a plus

- Responsibility for key accounts; expansion and direction of the business in Romania
- Responsibility on daily basis for 17 markets (contact management, sales of promotions)
- Acquisition of new accounts in Retail, Food and Beverage (excluding coffee-automat segment)
- Acquisition of new accounts in the segment of large-scale catering and canteen kitchen
- Acquisition of new accounts in the segment of large sports facilities and amusement parks
- Implement ideas for local product, assortment and promotions
- Monthly reporting
- Develop Jack-Robbins system
