| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by driving projects aimed at increasing the partner base and improving the service.
Initiating, driving and participating in all projects aimed at the development of all business tools to facilitate the implementation of specific projects
Constantly improving the departmental and specific team performance against defined measurements, and proposing methods of improvement
Supporting the management team in order to achieve overall objectives as well as other specific business objectives
Liaise with the Operations Manager to facilitate other administrative tasks.
document and optimize all business processes (inbound calls for assistance, renewals, administrative support, etc) the ad-hoc activities (outbound campaigns) and any other processes deemed necessary for to optimize and support the activity.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Experience Required: 3-4 years experience in Project Management preferably in the IT Industry.
A working understanding of Customer Service / Marketing / Telemarketing / Channel Partnering operations with an ability to understand and analyse the industry and the market.
3rd level education or equivalent business experience
MBA
Strong customer orientation is required.
Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills both written and verbal in specified languages.
Fluency in English is essential
