CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline
Completion of training in Romanian regulatory Qualification as HSE Specialist
Have a clean driving license (class B) - it's a must
Very good standard of English language, both written and spoken (it's a must);
Good knowleadge both teoretically and practically of national/ european legislation concerning REACH;
Good experience in implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001;
Experience:
at least 2 years work experience as HSE specialist, preferably with some experience of working in an International company.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
To implement the company's QHSE Management System, to assist managers with it's effective implementation to meet company expectations, but also to ensure that is used to meet all regulatory requirements in Romania.
to review risk assessments completed by the business units
to assist manager create risk control plans based on risk assessments
to review work instructions to ensure risk control measures are addressed
through inspections, ensure that risk minimisation plans are implemented, reporting any problems to management
to assist managers develop emergency response plans, and to assist in designing drills to tests them
to prepare a PPE safety zone plan and agree implementation with managers
to act as a facilitator and adviser in HSE accident investigations
to advise managers on the implementation of the accountability process
to advise managers and to work with clients and contractors in the development of bridging documents between Management Systems
to participate in the development of fire prevention and environmental protection plans
to assist in injury prevention by performing SIPP training, Commentary Task Assesments, and Observations & Interventions
to assist in auto accident reductions by
completing Journey Management assessments,
auditing transport contractors
monitoring Driver Improvement Monitor data, and advising managers on non-conformances
to assist in managing Mechanical Lifting risks, by
providing training in Mechanical lifting level 1 to all employees
by organising third party training for forklift, crane operators, and lifting supervisors
to assist managers by preparing monthly data on HSE performance, scorecardsand presentation materials
to assist managers with the administration of the location HSE recognition and awards schemes
to complete administrative tasks in IMPACT, (the HSE reporting database)
