FINANCIAL ANALYST

Daily reconciliation of multiple bank accounts for both internal, merchant and client accounts..
• Purchasing and invoicing functions. .
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reconciliations.
• Preparing entries for Monthly Accounts
• Assisting with key accounting functions including monthly and annual reports, payroll and tax payments
• Producing various other financial reports on demand.
• Graduate from an Accounting or Finance faculty.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years accounting experience.
• Experience in using accounting systems, preferably SunSystems.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Disciplined with a close attention to detail.
• Proactive team member
