SAP HR - Consultant

Skills and experience in one of these areas:

Juniors
- Experience of business processes implementation of at least 1 year in a HR or Payroll business solution environment, or 2 years of experience in a specialized HR/Payroll department
- Good knowledge of human resources and/or payroll business processes
- For technical consultants experience of development techniques, data structures, software testing, in a well-known business software environment of at least 2 years
- Degree in computer science, engineering science or equivalent education
- Excellent communication and a customer-oriented attitude
- Analytical reasoning and problem solving skills
- Good English language skills


Experienced
- Experience of at least 2 years in SAP environment, specifically in SAP HR and/or Payroll projects
- Good knowledge of HR and/or Payroll processes
- For technical consultants knowledge of ABAP development
- Experience in project management or data transformation
- Degree in computer science, engineering science or equivalent education
- Excellent communication and a customer-oriented attitude
- Analytical reasoning and problem solving skills
- Good English language skills

Consulting, development and support of SAP business solutions in the area of HR & Payroll concerning, among others, in:

- Mapping of business processes and transactions in systems for SAP HR
- Technical harmonization of HR & Payroll processes across all business entities and countries.
- Participate in HR, PA and PY modules installation together with an international team. Focus also on Organizational Management, Time Management, Authorizations sub-modules, and development.
- Offering support for international companies within Metro Group
