| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Good language skills with the ability to write and converse in English and Romanian, additional knowledge of German would be helpful
- Have an entrepreneurial aptitude and attitude with an eye to seek out and secure good business opportunities
- Be flexible in approach to clients attitudes and requirements
- Be able to mix and converse with all levels of the clients hierarchy
- Be able to talk with authority on paint shop related aspects to gain acceptance
- Be able to organize and control people
- Experience of servicing and maintenance of automotive paint shop and assembly plant plus other equipment.
- Knowledge of Romanian & local health and safety legislation, together with other legal requirements of working in Romania
- An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to train on both a one-to-one and group basis.
- Experience of handling customer complaints and queries face to face.
- Experience of supervising sub-contractors.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
1.1 Actively promote the products and services to generate profitable business to meet company targets for that site.
1.2 Provide effective servicing, maintenance and repair of customer’s equipment, elements of installation, modification or commissioning may also be required.
1.3 Provide all relevant documentation throughout the servicing period and at completion of work to comply with company procedures and work instructions.
1.4 Customers may require support very urgently, which may mean working under pressure to meet tight deadlines or being called out to get equipment into operation. A flexible approach to working time may often be required.
1.5 Promote a positive company image. It is essential to dress and act in a responsible manner, as customer contact is a prime function.
