| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Law School degree – preffered post-graduate studies in commercial law;
Relevant experience and/or applicable specialist knowledge in Competition & Commercial Law (minimum 3 years);
Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team and to act on behalf of the Legal Manager in the event of his/her absence;
Good communication skills;
Excellent command of Romanian and English (written and spoken);
Flexible, creative, diplomatic, enterprising, analytical, pragmatic and solution-oriented. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Drafting, reviewing and per request negotiating agreements;
Upon Legal Manager request, carries out project-related legal activities independently.
Advises upon request internal clients on legal matters.
Keeps the reports and files assigned to him/her up-to-date.
Keeps his/her knowledge up-to-date in relevant areas of law, including contract law, company law, employment law and relevant pharma law and regulations.
Carry out research and prepare reports on any legal issues to support MDP Legal Manager
Represent upon recquest from Legal Manager the organization |
