RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Offer project support consultancy and support for internal customers.
- Solve systems incidents in a timely manner, according to the service level agreements and at the internal quality standards.
- Find, document and follow up software malfunctions to software developers and performance, security issues or potential revenue leakages to operations and infrastructure team.
- Perform analysis of the data flow / new features / functionality investigations, in connection to the business requirements.
