Manager Customer Service

* Automotive engineering or appropriate qualification
* At least 5 years of practical experience in Automotive Business (car importer or big dealer)
* Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build up strong relationships
* Leadership experience and Marketing knowledge preferred

* Guidance and supervision of the After Sales and Service Department
* Evaluation of customer needs with the objective of optimizing the service issues
* Support of dealers by developing and implementing customer satisfaction, service, spare parts and accessories programmes
* Development and maintenance of product support systems
* Implementation and supervision of warranty programmes
