Personal Assistant

For this position, candidates should be sociable, able to plan own work and prioritise tasks, with good typing skills and high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer. Helpful and enthusiastic attitude is important, together with diplomacy, initiative, strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication and organisational skills. A very good knowledge of English & French languages is compulsory, while knowledge of German is an advantage. Minimum 2-3 years of related work experience required, preferably in a consultancy firm. University graduate.
