Audit Manager / Audit Supervisor

At least 5 years of experience in a reputable audit firm. Solid experience and technical background in financial audit; business and risk oriented; good planning, team coordination and review skills; strong leadership abilities; good computer skills (MS Office); professional attitude; confident and sociable. English knowledge is compulsory, while French and/or German would represent an advantage.

As a leader of our professional teams, you will have to prove proactive initiative and thinking in approaching the assurance or other related engagements, being involved in planning, engagement supervision, review and maintaining the communication with your colleagues and client’s top representatives. Moreover, you will perform independent work and prepare the final documents which are to be delivered to customers, subject to the prior partner review/approval. As a team leader, you will have to assure the observance of professional quality standards by your team members, to identify the requirements of current or potential customers and take such requirements as a basis for additional services to be rendered. You will be involved also in the process of preparing proposals for potential clients.You will have to evaluate the professional performance of yours team members and to participate to the recruitment process.Furthermore, you will participate to training activities organized or supported by our Company, as part of your continuous professional education process.
